THE TERMINUS THAT NEVER WAS

When plans were made to extend the line to Deanshanger it was envisaged that an extension would run to the village green near the school (now Deanshanger Primary School) and the Duke's Head public house.

Although maps exist which show the route of this extension it was never built.
