| Item I do give to Gyles & Toby my sonns so much of my part of pease Corne and fruitt of this yeare as shalbe lefte unspent at my departure out of this life (yf god take mee away before the feast of St michaell next ensuing, to bee divided equally betweene them in equall portions, and for the other yeeres of my lease to Come I do give and bequeath to each of my sonnes Toby and Gyles twenty shillings yerely to be payd unto them. |
Item I do give and bequeath to John Perry my eldest sonne all the rest of my goods and Chattells unbequeathed and do constitute and ordayne the sayd John my son my sole executor to see this my will and testament performed and fulfilled and do appoint Mr John Byrd Nathanaell Kirkland and James Spencer and overseers of this my will and testament
