I Alexander Small the younger of Haversham in the County of Bucks Esquire being of sound and Disposing Mind memory and Understanding do make my last will and testament in manner following that is to say I give and bequeath to Mrs Anne Small the wife of my Father Alexander Small Esq. the Sum of Five hundred pounds of lawful British Money if she shall survive for her said Husband to be paid to her immediately upon his decease I give and bequeath to my Own Sister Martha Elizabeth Ann Small One Annuity clear Yearly Rent Charge or Sum of One hundred pounds for and during the Term of her natural Life if she shall Survive her said Father to be paid to her by even and equal Quarterly Payments with the out any Deduction or Abatement whatsoever the First Payment of the said Annuity to be made at the end of three Calendar Months next after the decease of her said Father I also give and bequeath to my said Sister the Sum of one thousand Pounds of lawful British Money in the like event off her surviving her said Father and I direct the same to be paid to her immediately upon his decease I give and bequeath to my Brother and each of my Sisters by the half blood Namely Caroline Small Rosetta Harriet Small and Henry Small the Children of my said Father by the said Ann Small his now Wife or to such of them as shall be living at the time of their said Fathers decease the Sum of one thousand Pounds of lawful British Money which I direct to be paid to each of them immediately upon their said Fathers decease and it is my Will and I do hereby Direct that if my said half Brother and Sisters or any of them shall be under Age and Unmarried at the time of the Death of their said Father then and in that case the Interest of the said Legacies or Sums of Money which I have herein before given and bequeathed to them shall during their respective Minorities be from time to time paid into the Hands of their Mother Guardian or Guardians and to such other person or persons under whose care and tuition they shall respectively be placed in order that the same may be Applied for the Maintenance and Education of such of them as shall be then under Age and Unmarried and that the Receipt or Receipts of their mother or Guardian or of such other person or persons with whom they shall respectively be placed shall be a good and sufficient discharge or discharges for the same and as and when each and every of them shall attain their several Ages of twenty one Years the said Sums of Money which I have hereinbefore given and bequeathed to them together with all Interest which may have accrued thereon and during their respective Minorities and shall not have been paid or applied for their respective Maintenance or Education shall be paid to them for their respective use and benefit and I do hereby expressly Charge all and every my Manor Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever in the County of Bucks or elsewhere as Well Copyhold as Freehold and also all my Personal Estate Goods Chattels and Effects of what nature or kind soever which I now am or shall be Seized Possessed of or intitled to at the time of my decease with the Payment of all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Charges and Expences and also all and every the Legacies Annuity Sum or Sums of Money and Interest which I have herein before given or bequeathed and Direct to be paid to the several Legatees and Annuitants respectively herein before named in the Event and at and from the Age or times and in the manner here in before expressed and I do hereby order and Direct that all such Monies Sum or Sums of Money as my Personal Estate and Effects or the produce thereof shall be insufficient to pay shall be raised and paid by the said Alexander Small my Father and Devised of my Estate and Effects his Heirs Executors or Administrators either by Sale or Mortgage of my real Estate or the reversion and Inheritance thereof or any part all parts thereof and paid or applied by him or them in Satisfaction and discharge of all such Debts and Legacies and of all the Interest which shall be remaining due thereon respectively and of all Costs Charges and Expences whatsoever incident there to or Attending the same Accordingly to the directions Intent and Meaning of this my Will and I do hereby Further declare it to be my Will and Direct that if the Annuity Yearly Rent Charges or Annual Sum heretofore given and Directed to be Paid to my said Sister Martha Elizabeth Ann Small herein before named during her natural Life any Part all Parts thereof shall be behind or unpaid by the space of thirty days next after any Quarterly Payment thereof shall Arise or become due and payable then and in that case and so often as the same shall happen the said Annuitant whose Annuity shall be so behind and unpaid shall have and be intitled to the same Rights Powers and remedies by Entry and distress into and upon my Real Estates and every or any part all parts thereof as are by Law given and Provided to and for Landlords for Rents in Arrears and for Receiving or Obtaining Payment thereof and all and every my Manors Advowsons Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditament and Real Estate whatsoever situate lying and being in the said County of Bucks or elsewhere with their and every of their Rights Royalties Incumbers and Appurtenances Subject to the Estate Right and Interest of my said Father Alexander Small of in and to the same during his Life and also all the residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever Subject to and after payment of all and every the several Legacies or Gross Sums and Annuity hereinbefore charged thereon and Directed to be paid thereout and the Interest thereof and also all and every my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Charges and Expences I do hereby give devise and bequeath to my said Father Alexander Small his Heirs Executors and Administrators and Assigns for his and their own Sole and Absolute use and benefit and I do Constitute and Appoint my said Father Alexander Small Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoking all Former and other Will and Wills by me at any time or times heretofore made do declare this alone to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof of I the said Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in six Sheets of Paper set my Hand and Seal that is to say to the first second third Fourth and Fifth Sheets my Hand and to this sixth and last Sheet my Hand and Seal this Eighth day of February in the Year of our
