In the Name of God Amen I Henry Travell of the parish of Haversham in the County of Bucks Grocer doe make and ordayne this my Last will and Testament in manner and forme following ffirst and principally I commend my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my Creator trusting in the alone merritts of Jesus Christ my redeemer for the Salvation of my soule and my body I commit to the Earth from whence it came and thereto be decently buryed According to the discretion of my Executrix hereafter mentioned and as for that portion of Goods which it hath pleased God to bestowe with all whether money houses or Lands or household goods or other goods or Chattells I Give and bequeath them in manner and forme following Imprimis as for the three Closes which Lye in the parish of Hanslop in that Part of the parish Called Bullington End. I give to my wife dureing her Life and after her decease to my Son William and his heires for ever provided Notwithstanding that he shall take Care of and provide for his Sister Ann so long as she shall Continue in this distracted Condition And as for my household Goods and moveables I Give them to my wife and to be disposed of by her when She dyes as she thinks convenient. In witness here unto I have Set my hand and seale this Twenty Sixth day of May in the tenth Yeare of the Reigne of her Majesty that now is and in the Yeare of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and eleven I make my wife and my son William Executors of this my Last will and Testament Henry Travell Signed Sealed and delivered to be ye Last will and Testament of Henry Travell in the presence of John Marriott ffrances Marriott Anne Marriott
