In the Name of God Amen I Rebecca Marriott of Linford Parva in the County of Bucks Widow being in health and of Sound Mind and Memory thanks be to Allmighty God Do Make Constitute and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in Manner following First I Comend my soul into the hands of my Gratious and Mercifull Saviour in Sure and Certain hopes of a Glorious Resurrection and my Body to the Earth from Whence it was Taken to be Decently Interred at the Discretion of my Executors and as for My Worldly Goods which it hath pleased God to Lend me I Dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis I Give and Bequeath to My Loveing Kinswoman Elizabeth Capell the Wife of William Capell and Eldest Daughter of my late Sister Elizabeth Linnell ye Sum of Sixty pounds of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Brittain to be paid her by my Executors Within one Whole Year after my Decease and to be wholly at her own Disposall Item I give and Bequeath to my Kinswoman Rebecca the Wife of James Islip and Daughter of My Late Sister Elizabeth Linnell aforesaid the Sum of Twenty Pounds of Like lawfull Money to be paid as aforesaid and to be at her own Disposall Item I give and bequeath to my Kinswoman Elizabeth Islip Daughter of James and Rebecca Islip the Sum of twenty pounds of Like Lawfull Money to be paid as aforesaid Item I give and Bequeath to my Kinswoman Hannah Islip the Sum of Twenty Pounds of Like Lawfull Money to be paid as aforesaid And Further my mind and Will is that the Legacies by me Bequeathed to my two Kinswomen Vizt Elizabeth and Hannah Islip Daughter of the Said James and Rebecca Islip be put out to Interest for them by my Executors from time it Becomes due Untill they Attain the full age of Twenty one Years and ye Interest arising thereby together with the Principal shall be paid to them When they Attain to the Age aforesaid Item I give and Bequeath to my Kinswoman Elizabeth Islip Daughter of James and Rebecca Islip the Bed that I used to Lye on with the Bedding and all the furniture thereto Belonging Item I give and Bequeath all the Rest and Residue of my Moveable and Household goods to Elizabeth the Wife of William Capell and Rebecca the wife of James Islip to be Equally divided between them Share and Share alike Item I give and Bequeath to my Kinsman John Linnell Son of my late Sister Elizabeth Linnell ye Sum of Ten Pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Brittain to be paid him as aforesaid Item I give and Bequeath to My Kinman Thomas Linnell son of my late Sister Elizabeth Linnell the Sum of Ten pounds of Like Lawfull Money to be paid as aforesaid Item I give and Bequeath to my Niece Alice Bowery Widow the Sum of five pounds to Buy herself and Children Mourning Rings at my funeral Item and Bequeath to four Widows of Linford Parva Ten Shillings each to be paid them by my Executors Soon after my decease Lastly all the Rest and Residue of my personall Estate Whatsoever and Wheresoever I give and Bequeath to my too Kinsmen (Vizt) James Islip and William Capell to be Equally Divided Between them Share and Share alike (Only Excepted) that they the said James Islip and William Capell Shall first Discharge my lawful Debts and funeral Expences and the Charges in and about the execution of this My Will And I do Constitute and Appoint the said James Islip and William Capell Executors of this my Last Will and Testament Hereby Revoaking all former and other Wills by Me Heretofore Made and declaring this to be my Last Will and Testament In Witness to hereof I the Said Rebecca Marriott have hereunto Sett my Hand and Seal the Twenty Eighth day of December Anno Dom 1726 the Mark of Rebecca Marriott Signed Sealed and declared by the Said Rebecca Marriott as her Last Will and Testament in the presence of Us who have subscribed our hands as Wittnesses to the same in the presence of the said Testator Abraham Hemmell, Thomas Burton
