This is the Last Will and Testament of me William Sibley of Little Linford in the County of Bucks Yeoman which I Make and Ordain in manner ffollowing (That is to say) First I will that all my just Debts be ffully paid and Satisfied Next I give and Bequeath unto Richard Godfrey Samuell Godfrey John Godfrey Elizabeth the wife of John Pancouste Ann Godfrey and Mary Godfrey the sons and daughters of my Brother in law Samuell Godfrey of Ravenstone in the said County of Bucks the sum of ten pounds apiece to be paid to them Respectively within Twelve Months next after my decease Next I give and bequeath unto my Nephews and Nieces Thomas Sherman and Richard Sherman Ann Sherman and Elizabeth the wife of [left blank] Robertson of the City of London Victualler the sum of Ten Pounds apiece to be paid them Respectively within Twelve Months next after my decease Next I give and bequeath unto my sister Jane Sibley the sum of ffifty Pounds to be paid within Twelve Months next after my decease Next I give and bequeath unto Robert Sibley Edward Sibley and Richard Sibley sons of my Brother John Sibley the Legacy or sum of Fifty Pounds left me by my late Brother Robert Sibley deceased Next I give unto my said Brothers Samuell Godfrey John Sibley and to my sister Ann Gibson Elizabeth Sherman and the said Jane Sibley One Guinea apiece to buy Morning Rings to wear in Memory of me All the Rest residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattells and Personal Estate whatsoever not herein before disposed of I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Samuell Sherman his Executors Administrators and Assigns And I do hereby Make Ordain Constitute and Appoint my said Nephew Samuell Sherman full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoaking disannulling and Making void all former and other Wills by me heretofore Made and I do Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said William Sibley the Testator have to this My last Will and Testament Set my hand and Seal this Twenty Ninth day of April in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fforty ffive, William Sibley Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said Testator for and as his Last Will and Testament in the Presence and in the presence of Each other these words (Ann Sherman) Rings being first Interlined William Godfrey John Hurst

Proved the 14th day of October 1745 before Edmund Green Clerk Surrogate by the Oath of Samuell Sherman sole Executor to whom Administration was Committed he being first sworn duely to Administer
