William Some 1638

In the name of god Amen, the fowrth Daie of August in the yeare of our lord god one thousand six hundred and eighteene I Richard Some of Litel Linford in the parishe of Bucks yeoman beinge of whole mynde and perfecte remembrance praised bee unto Allmighty god make and ordaine this my Will and testament in manner and forme following, First I commend my Soule unto Allmighty god my maker and redeemer and my bodie to bee buried where my executor shall thinke meete, Item I give unto twenty poore people six shilligs eight pence where my executor shall thinke fit, Item I will that all such debts and duties as I owe of right or conscience to any persons to be well and truly contented and paid Item I give unto Joseph Some my sonne and to his heires and assignes forever out of all my lands and tenements a pasture in Hasebeech [Hazelbeech] in the County of Northampton one part of the yearly rents and proffittes in three parts to bee devided which shall hereafter arise and growe And it shalbe lawfull for the said Joseph Some his heires or assignes to enter into the Lands tenements and pasture and to destraine and take for the yerely rents and profits arisinge and growing upon the aforesaid mentioned premisses with the arrerages if any happen for the said one part of the three parts to be devided Item I give unto David Some my sonne and to his heires and assignes forever out of all my lands and tenements and pastures in Haslebeech in the Countie of Northampton one other part of the yearely rents and proffitts arisinge and growing upon the before mentioned premisses in the aforesaid three parts to bee devided, And it shalbe Lawfull for the said David Some his heires or assignes to enter into all the lands tenements and pastures and to distraine and take for the yearly rents and proffittes arisinge upon the before mentioned premisses with arrerages if ane happen for the said other parte of the three parts to be devided, Item I give unto Richard Some my sonne and to his heires and assignes forever, All my howses lands, and tenements lyinge in Newport Pagnell and Fen Stratford in the parish of Bletchley and in Hanslop all in the County of Bucks and to the said Richard Some his heires and assignes forever Item I give unto the said Richard Some one hundred pounds to be paid him att his age of one and twenty yeares Item I give to Diana Frith Twentie poundes to be paid within one yeare after my decease, Item I give to Alice Cowley the wife of William Cowley five poundes to be paid within one yeare after my decease, The residue of my goodes I will shalbe equally devided into fower parts amongst my three daughters and my wife I ordaine Agnis my wife executor whome I hope she will faithfully performe and pay them theise portions att fowerteene yeares of age to my Overseers to my daughters uses I ordaine William Some and Henry Cowley Overseers of this my will and testament and they to have for theire paines three shillings fower pence In witness whereof I have subscribed my name the day and yeare above written Richard Some, Sealed in the presence of [No name recorded as witnesses]
