The speaker is Paul Rabbitts (www.paulrabbitts.co.uk), who is a qualified landscape architect and is currently Head of Parks in Watford. He is a passionate advocate for public parks. London’s Royal Parks by Paul Rabbitts was published by Shire Publications in 2014.
