The Orchard Story will take the form of a conducted tour highlighting all sections of the Orchard, how it was developed, and showing photographs from 2003 to the present time.
You will be able to travel back in time to be served refreshments from our Old Victorian Railway Carriage and meet the volunteers who have restored it and relax in our newly created Peaceful Haven. Other special features include Dragon mountain an earth sculptor – children love it!
Opening Times: 1100-1200, 1400-1500
Access: There is disabled accessible pathways in two entrances to the Orchard and plenty of seating areas.
Sorry no dogs allowed into the orchard only guide dogs. Parking area in Eaton Crescent 30 second drive from the orchard entrance. There is only a portable chemical toilet available. Refreshments are available from our Old Victorian Railway Carriage.
Directions: Wolverton Community Orchard nestles in the alleyway between Western Road and Furze Way. Meet tour leader and Chairperson Wolverton Community Orchard Group inside the middle gate in the alleyway where the orchard is situated. The Orchard is open all year round for all to enjoy.
