IN LOVING MEMORY OF WILLIAM CHECKLEY,
WHO DIED NOVR 26 1899 AGED 78 YEARS
CHRIST LEADS ME THROUGH NO DARKER ROOMS
THAN HE WENT THROUGH BEFORE.
HE THAT INTO GOD'S KINGDOM COMES
MUST ENTER BY THIS DOOR.
ALSO LOUISA CHECKLEY, WIFE OF THE ABOVE,
WHO DIED OCT 28TH 1911 AGED 87 YEARS.
TWAS GRAND TO SEE HER RIPENING YEARS
SO NOBLE IN HER MIND SHE GREW,
HONESTLY THROUGH LIFE SHE STEERED
BUT SUDDENLY HER SPIRIT FLEW.

Description: "Sawyer. " Died on November 25th 1899 aged 78 years. Buried on November 30th 1899 in plot M-6 The body came from Towcester.  Source:- Ref. 1, Page 91, Number 728.

Checkley, Louisa; 1911.
Description: "Widow. " Died on October 28th 1911 aged 87 years. Buried on November 2nd 1911 in plot M-6 The body came from Towcester.  Source:- Ref. 2, Page 51, Number 1193.
