Statue of Our Lady

The statue of Our Lady was erected by Blanche Ethel Moore and is located South of the house. The roof of the gazebo was originally glazed with Gorgian glass (wire strengthened glass), but was removed for safety.

Close up of the statue. It is possibly made from painted stone.

Close up of the brass dedication plate (numbered ms7) located below the statue. It was engraved in an Art Deco style c1920. It reads "Pray for the repose of the soul of Blanche Ethel Moore who erected this statue in Our Lady's honour".
