The building was listed in 1988 with listing particulars as follows.

GV II Row of cottages. C18, altered C20. Coursed limestone rubble, pantile and thatch roofs, brick ridge and end stacks. 2-unit plans. 2-storey, 8-window range. C20 doors to right of centre (No.71) and to far left (Nos.67 and 69) all with wood lintels. C20 gabled timber porch to No.71. 2 and 3-light casement windows to ground and 1st floors, the latter mostly in eyebrow dormers and all with wood lintels. Interior has chamfered spine beam
