The building was listed in 1988 with listing particulars as follows.

Pair of cottages. C18 altered C20. Coursed limestone rubble, pantile roof, brick ridge and end stacks, the former with stone base. 2-unit plans. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. C20-doors with wood lintels. 2- and 3-light casement windows to ground and 1st floor with wood lintels. Gabled roof dormers. Interior not inspected
