Carport Entrance - One of the most distinctive features of the original design was that the front entrance was through the carport and into a small garden court where the front door was. Residents have adopted a number of uses for this space; ranging from an simple white front door and pot plants, to the addition of heavy gates to the carport itself, and - in the most exotic solution - conversion of the space into a conservatory draped with bougainvillea!
