Thomas Watson of Castle Thorpe labourer – Joseph Kitelee – Gentleman and Thomas Nichols the younger – yeoman £43 Messuage and tenement situate standing and being in Castle Thorpe aforesaid with outbuildings yard garden in occupation of Thomas Watson being part of the premises heretofore in the occupation of John Panter and abutting North a garden and premises by the Common Street of Castle Thorpe on the East to the Messuage or Tenement late of Thomas Johnson now or late in the occupation of William Swannell on the South by Lands late part of the Common Field of Castle Thorpe Together with full liberty of ingress egress and regress to and for the said Joseph Kitelee – adjoining premises belonging to Thomas Kitelee in the occupation of Joseph Emmerton
