The Valuable Live and Dead Farming Stock, comprising:-
101 CATTLE viz. 10 Fat Bullocks, 20 three-year-old Bullocks, 34 two to two and a half-year-old Bullocks, 24 Barren Heifers, 4 Barren Cows, 8 down-calving Cows, a two-year-old Friesian Bull, and a Friesian Bull Calf;
79 SOWS and PIGS, viz., 4 pedigree Gloucester Old Spot Sows, 2 cross-bred ditto, 18 strong Stores, and 55 Store Pigs;
10 HORSES, viz., 2 cart geldings rising 5 years, cart mare rising 5 years, 3 vanners rising 4 years, 2 cart colts rising 3 years, cart filly rising 2 years, pony rising 4 years;
115 Head of POULTRY, viz., 80 laying hens, 35 ducks;
THE AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS, AND MACHINERR, viz., 16 h.p. Mogul tractor, 3-furrow tractor ploughs by Roberts, double and single furrow plough horse rake, swathe turner, haymaking machine, mowing machine by Bamford, flat roll, agricultural cart, spring cart, gig, Lewis horse hoe, chaffcutter, turnip cutter, seed barrow, sack barrow, thill and other harness, &c.

The Cattle are an excellent lot, and practically every one has been bred on the Farm.
The Horses are young and have all been worked with the exception of two.
The Pigs include four registered Gloucester Old Spots Sows, and the young pigs are by “Brampton Cottager,” a son of the Champion at the Royal Show.
