John Fisher 1702

In the Name of God Amen the 9th day of ffebruary 1701 according to the Computation of the Church of England I John ffisher of Castle Thropp in the County of Bucks Batsholor being of perfect memory and remembrance praysed be God Doe make and ordaine this my last will and Testament in manner and form following (viz) ffirst I bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty God my maker hoping that through the meritorious Death and passion of Jesus Christ my only saviour and redeeme To receive ffree pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and as for my body to buryed in Christian Buryall att the discretion of my Executor hereafter nominated Imprimis I give unto John Paratt parish Clarke of Castle Thorpp the sume of Twenty shillings twenty dayes after my decease Item all the rest and residue of my Goods Chattles Debts Bonds Bills Moneys Personall Estate whatsoever my debts and legarcies being paid and my ffunerall expences discharged, I give devise and bequeath unto my Loving ffriend Richard Parratt Junr farmer the sonn of Richard Parratt Senr of Castle Thropp whom I doe hereby make constitute and appointe Sole Executor of this my last will and Testament and that revokeing all former and other wills by me heretofore made I doe hereby make publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament In Wittnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written In the Reigne of our most gracious Sovereigne Lord William the Third by the grace of God King of England Scottland ffrance and Ireland Defender of the ffaith in the Thirteenth yeare of his Reigne Anno Dom 1701/2 the marke of John ffisher Signed and Sealed and published in the presence of the marke of Elizabeth Parratt Richard Parratt John Parratt
