Thomas Hurst 1719

In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Hurst of Castle Thropp in the County of Bucks Yeoman being of Sound mind and memory tho’ not in perfect health doe make this my Last will and Testament as followeth Imprimis I Give to my Sister Sarah Hooten and her heires the summe of five pounds to be paid within Twelve Months after my decease Item I Give unto her a further Sume of Ten pounds to be paid to her and her heirs within Six months after my wife decease Item I Give to my brother in Law Samuel Berry one shilling which is to be on a ban against any manner of Claime or right which he may hereafter pretend to out of my Estate Provided always Nevertheless his Children to have for their Separate Use an Equall proportion with the rest of my owne relations Item I Give to my deare and Loveing wife all the rest of my Estate after my Just debts and Legacyes are discharged to be peacybly and quietly Enjoyed by her during the time of her Naturall Life and after her decease I doe hereby Will and bequeath one full Moiety thereof to my owne relations to be distributed amongst them by my Executor herein after Named in Such a Manner as shall seeme to them most proper and Convenient the other Moiety to be disposed of by my wife amongst her own relations in Such a Manner as shee herself shall think fitt Lastly I Give to Mr Thomas Sill of the parish aforesaid and to Thomas Creake of thee parish of Hanslop in Comitt [County] Bucks aforesaid Yeoman one Guinea each in Consideration of their trouble and pains in the Execution of the trust hereby in them expressed whom I constitute Executors of this my Last Will and Testament and Trustees for my Wife and my owne relations Wittness where of I here unto Set my hand and Seale this Second day of March in the Yeare of our Lord 1718/19 the marke of Thomas Hurst Signed Sealed and declared as my Last Will and Testament in the presence of Edward Bell Robert Bull
