Richard Kitelee 1834

This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Kitelee of Castlethorpe in the county of Bucks Grazier I give devise and bequeath all and every my real and personal Estate and effects and all and every the real and personal Estate of my late ffather by him given and devised to me or made subject to my disposition whatsoever and whersoever whereof or whereto I or any person or persons in trust for me am is or are at the time of my decease can shall or may beseized possessed or entitled in possession reversion remainder or expectancy unto my dear Sister Jane Scott widow his heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the tenure and nature there of respectively for her and their own absolute use and benefit And I do hereby appoint my said sister and also my Uncle Joseph Kitelee and my Cousin Edward Worley of Stony Stratford in the same County Solicitor Executrix and executors of this my Will but in case both or either of my two last named Executors shall renounce probate of this my Will or decline to join in proving the same or shall die in the life time of my said Sister then in either of such cases and from and immediately after such declining to act or renouncing probate or dying in such life time as aforesaid I appoint my friend Charles ffew of Covent Garden London Gentleman to be an Executor of this my Will in the place and stead of him or them so remaining probate or declining to join in proving this my Will or dying as aforesaid jointly with the said Jane Scott and with such one (if either of my said first hereinbefore appointed Executors as shall consent to prove the same And I give to each of my Executors who shall prove my Will and act thereunder fifty Guineas clear of legacy duty as a small remuneration for the trouble each may be respectively put unto and I declare that neither shall be answerable for the acts deeds defaults or receipts of the other or others of them nor for joining in giving receipts for the sake of conformity and that each may deduct and retain all costs charges and reasonable expences to be sustained or incurred in acting as such Executor and that the said Edward Worley and Charles ffew shall respectively be entitled to make the usual professional charges for all I journies and for any other matter or thing to be done or transacted by them respectively as such Executors And lastly I do hereby revoke all Wills and Codicils by me at anytime heretofore made and do declare this to be my only last Will and Testament as Witness my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of September One thousand eight hundred and thirty two Richard Kitelee Signed sealed published and declared by the said Richard Kitelee the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto Eliza Heygate Hanslope Mary Scott William Scott Queens Coll. Proved at London the 13th November 1834 before the Judge by the Oaths of Jane Scott Widow the Sister of Joseph Kitelee the Uncle and Edward Augustine/in the Will written Edward/ Worley the Executors to whom Administration was granted having been first sworn/by Comon/ duly to administrate
