This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Kitelee of Castle Thorpe in the County of Bucks Gent which I make in manner following that is to say I give and devise unto my Son Richard Kitelee all and every my Messuages Cottages Closes Lands Tenements Heredits and Real Estate situate and being at Castle Thorpe aforesaid and at Hanslopp in the said County of Bucks with their and every of their Appurts To hold the value unto my said Son Richard Kitelee his heirs and Assigns for ever Subject Nevertheless to be charged and chargeable with the Payment of one Annuity or money Rent charge of one hundred and fifty pounds unto my daughter Jane the wife of Robert Scott for and during the term of her natural life by even and equal half yearly payments at Lady Day and Michaelmas and the first payment thereof to begin and be made on such of the said days as shall first and next happen after my decease and which said Annuity or yearly sum of one hundred and fifty pounds I devise shall be paid and payable unto the proper hands of my said daughter above separate and altogether apart from the said Robert Scott or any other Husband or Husbands she may hereafter happen to Marry and in over or with which it is my mind will and intention that he or they shall not interfere or have any wi… and that the … shall not be subject or liable to his or their debts or engagements and that the Receipt of my daughter Jane alone notwithstanding her present or any future shall from time be good and sufficient discharge and …arg.. to my said Son Richard Kitelee his heirs and Assigns for the said Annuity and from and immediately after the decease of my said daughter Jane Scott I will and direct that all my said Real Estate at ..h. Castle Thorpe and Hansloppe aforesaid shall immediately become subject and liable to and … the payment of one Annuity or Yearly sum of ffifty pounds to my said Son in Law Robert Scott and his Assigns in case he survive my said my said daughter for and during the term of his natural life to commence at the Lady Day or Michaelmas next after the decease of my said daughter and I do hereby give and bequeath unto my said daughter Jane Scott and after her decease to my said Son in Law Robert Scott first payment and hereby …. for the said Annuity or either of them and all Arrears thereof with Costs from time to time as occasion may require in such and the same manner as for Rent Due and in Arrears and I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Mary Kitelee twenty pounds for Mourning and I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Scott five hundred pounds out of the Stock on my ffarm at Milton in the occupation of her husband the said Robert Scott and I give and bequeath unto my said Son Richard Kitelee his Heirs Exors and Admors all my household ffurniture linen China and plate and all my ready Money Securities for Milton goods chattels cattle stock (in which is to be considered as included the Stock and Impliments on my ffarms at Middleton Keynes otherwise Milton in the said County of Bucks subject as aforesaid and all the rest and residue of my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever …. Will and Direct that the Sum of my Personal Estate shall immediately after the decease of my said daughter Jane Scott to be subject and liable to the payment of One thousand ffive hundred pounds to and amongst all and every the Child and Children of my said daughter Jane Scott if more then one in equal shares and proportions and if ..nt one there to such one Child whom I do hereby give and bequeath the same upon them his or her attaining the age or respective ages of twenty one years with the interest thereof in the meantime to be applied by my said Son Richard Kitelee Exors or Admors for and towards their Maintenance Education and bringing up and if the such Child or Children or being any the same shall all die under the said Age of twenty one years without Issue then I will and direct that the said sum of One thousand five hundred pounds shall sink into the Residue of my personal Estate for the benefit of my said Son Richard Kitelee his Exors and Admors provided always and I do hereby declare my Will and intention to be that if my said Son Richard Kitelee shall happen to depart this life intestate and without making any disposition of my said Real and personal Estate by deed or otherwise Then and in such case I give and devise all and singular my said Real Estate unto my said daughter Jane Scott and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life and also the Interest and Dividends of all my said personal Estate separate and altogether apart from her present or any future Husband as aforesaid and from and immediately after her decease I give and devise and bequeath the whole of my said Real and personal Estates unto amongst and between all and every the Child and children of my said daughter Jane Scott (if more than one) equally share and share alike and to their several and respective Heirs Exors and Admors and if but one such Child then to such one Child and his and her Heirs Executors Advisors and Assigns for ever and if my said daughter Jane Scott shall depart this life without having any such Child or Children or leaving any the same shall all die under the said Age of twenty one years Then I give devise and bequeath the whole of my said Real and personal Estates unto my brother Joseph Kitelee his Heirs and Assigns for ever he and they paying thereout unto my Sister Jane Drayson two thousand pounds and fifty pounds a year unto my Sister Mary Kitelee and her Assigns for and during her natural life and I do hereby appoint my said Son and Brother Richard and Joseph Kitelee joint Exors of this my last Will and Testament and revoking hereby all former Wills declare this only to be my last Will and Testament contained in two Sheets of paper affixed together at the top with a Seal set my hand and Seal that is to say to the first Sheet hereof my hand only and to the second and last Sheet my hand and Seal this twenty second day of June One thousand eight hundred and thirteen Thos. Proved at London 26th May 1815 Administration granted to Richard Kitelee the Son and Joseph Kitelee the Brother
