Elizabeth Nasbey 1852

This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Nasbey of Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham Spinster I appoint Thomas Nicholas Heygate of Hanslope in the said County Surgeon and my Nephew Richard Goodman Executors of this my Will I devise all Estates which shall at my decease be vested in me upon trust or by way of Mortgage unto and to the use of the said Thomas Nicholas Heygate and Richard Goodman their heirs and assigns for ever upon and subject to the trust and equity of redemption affecting the same respectively I give devise and bequeath unto the said Thomas Nicholas Heygate and Richard Goodman absolutely All my property estate and effects whatsoever and whersoever Upon trust as soon as may be after my decease to get in sell dispose of and convert the same into money and to act in regard thereto as that the whole thereof may be converted into money and thereout to pay my debts and funeral and testamentary expences and all costs and expences whatsoever which my Executors and Trustees may incur or be put unto in the execution of this my Will or in relation there to and in the next place to pay the following Legacies that is to say to each of my Nieces Elizabeth the wife of Charles Sage Ann the wife of Philip Hardwick Catherine the wife of Arthur Osborne Susan Latimer Widow and Mary the wife of Stephen Brown Nineteen pounds nineteen shilling sand to Jane wife of my Nephew James Tooth Ten pounds to whom respectively I give and bequeath the same Legacies respectively and direct that the same shall be paid within Six calendar months next after my decease and after making the payments and deductions aforesaid Upon trust to pay and divide the residue of my property of whatsoever nature the same may be unto and equally between my Nephews William Goodman and Richard Goodman absolutely share and share alike to whom I give and bequeath the same accordingly In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Eighth day of January One thousand eight hundred and fifty two Elizth Nasbey Signed and declared by the said Testatrix Elizabeth Nasbey as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Mary Addison Castlethorpe John Parrott Solr Stony Stratford
