William Nasbey 1816

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Nasbey of Castlethorpe in the County of Buckingham Lace Manufacturer being of loucid memory and understanding ffirst I will order and direct that all my Just Debts and ffuneral and testamentary Expences shall be fully paid and I give and devise all that my Messuage tenements or dwelling house and premises with the appurtenances situate and being at Castlethorpe aforesaid and now in my own occupation unto my two daughters Ann Nasbey and Elizabeth Nasbey and their assigns for and during the term of their natural lives and the life of the longer liver of them and from and after the decease of my daughters Ann and Elizabeth I give and devise my said Messuage Tenement or dwelling house and premises with the appurtenances unto my Grandson William Nasbey the Son of my late Son James Naseby to hold the same unto my said Grandson William Nasbey his heirs and assigns forever and I will and direct that the Coppers and Grates in y said dwelling house shall remain as fixtures therein for the use of my said Daughters Ann and Elizabeth for their lives and after their decease for the use and benefit of my said Grandson to whom I give and bequeath the same accordingly also I give and bequeath unto my said two Daughters Ann Nasbey and Elizabeth Nasbey all my household ffurniture to be equally divided between them share and share alike and I give and devise all and every other my Messuages Cottages Closes Lands Tenements socageditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same are situate unto my Son John Nasbey to leave the same and every part thereof unto my said Son John Nasbey his heirs and assigns forever subject and chargeable as hereinafter mentioned also I give and bequeath all and every my Bonds Notes ready money securities for money Shop Goods Stock in Trade book Debts chattels effects and all other my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of whatsoever kind the same may be not before disposed of unto my said Son John Nasbey his Executors advisors and assigns Subject to and I do hereby subject and charge my said real and personal estate hereby given devised and bequeathed to my said Son John Nasbey with and to the payment of my Debts ffuneral and testamentary Expences as aforesaid and also with and to the payment of the several Legacies or Sums of money in manner hereafter by me given and directed that is to say I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Susannah Tooth the Sum of One hundred pounds also I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Ann Nasbey the Sum of six hundred pounds also I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Elizabeth Nasbey the like Sum of six hundred pounds also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Martha Goodman the Sum of One hundred and ffifty pounds also I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Nasbey the sum of two hundred pounds and also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter in law Anne Nasbey widow of my said late Son James Nasbey the Sum of Ten pounds which said several and respective Legarcies or Sums of money illeg order and direct that be paid by my said Son John Nasbey his heirs Executors advisors or assigns out of my said real and Personal Estate so given devised and bequeathed to him as aforesaid within twelve months after my decease and Lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Sons John Nasbey and Thomas Nasbey joint Executors of this my will and do hereby revoke all other Wills and Testamentary instruments heretofore by me made In witness whereof I the said William Nasbey the Testator have to this my last Will and testament contained in two sheets of paper and to each sheet set my hand and seal the sixth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and ffifteen Wm X Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Testator William Nasbey as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses E.A.
