who died November 20th 1746 in the Seventith year of his age.

An unaveried and successful endeavorer and an early and Generous
Benefactor in making this a separate Parish from Towcester
whose compasanate regard for the good of Souls and whose
readiness and chearfulness to serve mankind to the utmost of his
ability are too faithfully recorded in the Bosom of many
to need the affectionate monumental remembrance and will
undoubtedly perpetuate His memory when time shall have
cast oblivion of the decaying stone.
