Lawrence Bland 1706

Renouncing administration of Edward Bland to his mother.

Know all men by these present that Lawence Bland of Paulerspury in ye county of Northampton husbandman eldest son of Edward Bland late of Alderton in ye said county deceased, have renounced remised released & quitted claim. And by these present do renounce & do remise release and quit claim unto Ann Bland of Alderton alias Aldrington aforesaid widow. Administration and all the rights and titles of admon in or of me said Lawrence in anywise howsoever unto ye goods and chattels and possessions estate whatsoever which was or were of ye said Edward Bland at ye time of his death in Law or Equity and I do also by these present utterly disclaim all presence to the knowledge or proof of any will either nuncupative or written of my foresaid father witness whereof I have unto set my hand and seal this 15th day of august in the 27 year of reign of our Sovereign King Charles ye second . Anno. Domi. 1675
