John Bodily 1723
The Will of God be done Amen. I John Bodily of Aldrington in the county of Northampton being sick in body but of sound mind and memory do make my this last Will and Testament as follows first my Will and Testament is that after my debts paid the residue of my estate goods and chattels shall be equally divided amongst all my children share and share alike secondly my desire and will is that after my decease not only my friend Mr. Edmund Palmer Rector of Aldrington Will Slater Thomas Butcher and John Watts shall sell or otherwise dispose of the said estate goods and chattels to the best advantage for my children equally but to this end I do nominate and appoint the said Edmund Palmer William Slater Tho. Butcher and John Watts all to be trustees for my said children and all executors of this my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have signed sealed published and declared this to be my last Will and Testament this eighteenth day of June in the year of our Lord 1723.
