John Caves 1730

This is the last Will & Testament of me John Caves of Alderton in the county of Northampton yeoman made this sixteenth day of October in the fourth year of the reign of our sovereign Lord King George the second over Great Britain etc. 1730.
I give devise & bequeath all my lands tenements & hereditments whatsoever & where so ever unto my loving kinsman William Foster of Slapton in the county of Northampton Gent. And to his heirs & assignees. To have and to hold the same unto him the said William Foster to the use of him the said William Foster his heirs & assignees for ever. I give bequeath unto my said loving kinsman William Foster all my goods chattels money at interest, securities for moneys, & all my personal estate whatsoever to have and to hold the same unto the said William Foster his Executors & Administrators & Assignees he the said William Foster paying & discharging all my debts & funeral expenses. And I do make and ordain the said William Foster sole executor of this my last Will & Testament. And I do revoke all other Wills by me before made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day & year first above written.
