Extract from the Admon. of John Evans, yeoman
28th February
………. Jane Evans of Aldrington in county Northampton
The condition of this obligation is such that whereas administration of all and singular the goods chattels rights and edits of the said John Evans late of Aldrington aforesaid in the county of Northampton with ye will annexed committed and granted unto the above Bounden Jane Evans .
If therefore the Inventory by him to be exhibited be true inventory of all such goods as now he said deceased at the time of his oath. And these with all if he pay all such due part and … of the said goods or such sum and sums of money unto such of the natural and lawful children of the said deceased or unto such of kin . As by the above named Lord and father in God or any other competent Judge for the time being shall be allotted and appointed. And also if he pay all such debts as the said deceased in his life time did owe. So …. forth as by Law he is Bound and the goods extend. And do make a true and perfect attempt of the said goods and administration when he shall there unto Lawfully called. And lastly do save and keep and harmless the said Lord and father in God his Vicar general and all other offices and Ministers whatsoever for and concerning the granting of the said administration whatsoever for and containing the granting of the said administration.
