Andrew Hesilrige 1666

Know all men by these present that I Andrew Hesilrige late of Rushton in the County of Northampton gent second son of John Hesilrige late of Harleston in the County of Northampton Esq. deceased for divers goods & valuable [considerations?] me the said Andrew here… … and in ..ticiter in pursuance of certain articles of Agreement bearing date the seven & twentieth day of September one thousand six hundred sixty & six made between me the said Andrew Hesilrige of the one part & Mary Hesilrige widow the [Administrix?] of the goods & chattels of Arthur Hesilrige her late husband deceased & [Administrix?] de… … of the said John Hesilrige the father of the other part [have?] renounced & remised released & quit claimed And by these present do renounce & do remise release & quit claim unto the said Mary her executors & assignes the Administration & all the right & title of Administration in or of me the said Andrew in any wise howsoever unto the goods chattels & personal estate whatsoever which was or were of the said John Hesilrige at the time of his death in law or equity And also all manner of actions causes & causes of actions or suits whatsoever so & concurring the same Administration in any wise. And I do herby impower & authorize Mr. George Gael Mr. Samuel Franklin & Mr. Robert Cottle …… in the p..rogative Court of Canterbury every or any of them for me & in my name in the same Court in due form of law to renounce all right & title of Administration to the said estate of the said John Hesilrige And likewise to suffer … of Administration thereof (upon request of the said Mary Hesilrige) to be given to her & to be taken in her name in due form of law all the same to be done at the sole costs & charges of the said Mary. In Witness in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the four & twentieth day of November in the eighteenth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord king Charles the second 1666
