Extract from the Admon. of Elizabeth Horton

Admon. Dated 17 September 1702. Elizabeth Horton of Fulwell in the county of Oxon. Daughter, Joseph Horton of Belchington [Beachampton] on the county of Bucks. Gent. Thomas Horton of Fulwell, gent.

The condition of this obligation is such that if the above bonded Elizabeth Horton the … and lawful daughter and administratrix of the goods and chattels and credits of Elizabeth Horton late of Aldrington in the county of Northampton widow, died with her last will and testament ann.xed (not administered by James Horton sole executor named in the said will also deceased)do well and truly administer all and singular the said goods chattels and credits of the said Elizabeth Horton de… not administered by the said James Horton as aforesaid according to the tenor and effort of the said last will of the said deceased and also do make a true and perfect inventory of the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased not administered as aforesaid and also a true and just account of and upon the said admon. at such time and when she shall be there unto lawfully required. Then this obligation to be void or else to remain in full form and vertue.
