Richard Welch's farm was part of it Common field which was began to be inclosed on the 10th. of Oct. 1760 & the rent ceased from that time, the old inclosed grounds continue on the rent at £11 per ann The new inclosure is let to Welch for two years from a Lady Day 1760 at £18 per ann & to remain as it now lies except dividing as we see proper.
