A part of the valuable oak woodland known as The Plain Woods which with grass field adjoining covers an area of 62a. 2r. 8p. all in the parish of Stoke Bruerne.
The Woodlands have always been kept in hand, but the Pasture Field is let to Mr. S. Martin on a yearly Lady Day tenancy at the apportioned rent of £6.

(2)	Similar right outside the Wood between C, B, and D to a like width, through fields 5 and 26 on Blisworth Hill Farm.
(3)	Similar rights down to the Ride No. 127 on Stoke Plain Farm to the road between Blisworth and Stoke Bruerne, about a quarter of a mile from Stoke Bruerne Goods Station on the Stratford on Avon and Midland Junction Railway.

Lot 124 has similar rights over this lot between the points marked D and E.

Another portion of The Plain Woods known as Old Covert containing an area of 20a. 0r. 4p. in the parish of Blisworth, with a carting way across Field 25 on Blisworth Hill Farm to and from the road from Blisworth to Stoke Bruerne, reaching it at a point less than ¾ of a mile from Stoke Bruerne Goods Station.
