The Reverend John AMBROSSE (sued by the name of AMBROSE) late of Brighton in the County of Sussex and formerly of Blisworth in the County of Northampton, clerk, who was on the 6th of November 1813, a prisoner for debt in His Majesty's gaol of Horsham in the said County of Sussex, and on the 1st Day of December following was removed from thence and committed to the custody of the Warden of the Fleet prison, in the City of London, and hath ever since remained in the custody of the said Warden.

The Creditors of the Reverend John AMBROSE late of Brighton, in the County of Sussex, formerly of the Parish of Blisworth, Northants, Clerk, last a prisoner for debt in His Majesty's Prison of the Fleet, discharged therefrom under and by virtue of an Act passed in the 54th year of His present Majesty's reign entitled "An Act for the Relief of certain Insolvent Debtors in England" are desired to meet at Mr SMEATHS the Kings Arms Tavern, Golden Square, Mary le Bone, on Friday 16 April instant at Five o'Clock in the Evening precisely for the purpose of choosing an Assignee or Assignees of the estate and effects of the Said John AMBROSSE.

Whereas by an Order of the High Court of Chancery made in a Cause WHITE against the Bishop of PETERBOROUGH and Others, it was ordered that William COURTNEY, Esq. one of the Masters of the said Court of Chancery, should take an account of the incumbrances affecting the rectory of Blisworth in the County of Northampton, - All persons claiming any charge or incumbrance upon or affecting the said rectory of Blisworth, or the glebe lands, tithes madunes, compositions , or other ecclesiastical dues thereto belonging, are forthwith to come in and prove such charge or encumbrance before the said Master, at his Chambers in Southampton Buildings, Chancery Lane, London, or in default thereof they will be excluded the benefit of the said Order. The person who on the 6th day of November 1813 were the Creditors of the Reverend John AMBROSSE then of Brighton in the County of Sussex and formerly of Blisworth in the County of Northampton, Clerk, and who in the month of February 1814 was discharged from the custody of the Warden of the Fleet prison , by virtue of an Act of Parliament, made and passed in the 54th year of the reign of His present Majesty King George the Third, entitled "An Act for the Relief of certain Insolvent Debtors in England" are requested to meet on Wednesday the 19th day of January instant at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon at the Office of Messrs HALL, ROSS and BROWNLEY, No. 16 New Baswill Court, Carey Street, London, for the purpose of choosing an Assignee of the estates and effects of the said Insolvent.
