This is in Darlescot but is a mile from the village by Tiffield lays is generally mown and by being always mowed without anything returned is but middling land and should likewise be taken from this tenant.





The above two small Bargains are let to John Birt at the Old rent for the two years commencing at Michaelmas 1759, when to pay £10 per ann for them Birt has also taken the Close placed to his name below at £1.10.0 as also one of the Great Fleetwell Closes( formerly put down in J. Water's Farm) at £1.10.0 as it lay contiguous to his other closes.
