A useful arable and pasture holding known as Stone Pit Farm situate in Hartwell parish, adjoining both sides of the road leading from thence to Hanslope, and covering an area of 119a. 2r. 23p.
The stone and tiled Farm House contains five bedrooms, two sitting rooms, kitchen and dairy, with a wash house outside and a small garden.
The farm buildings are stone and slated or tiled, and comprise a barn, stable for five, chaff house, two pigstyes, cow house for twelve, calf place, two foddering yards, loose box and two open hovels; also a four bay wagon hovel with capital granary over, adjoining the rick yard.
