of Bosingham Mill
to wife Elizabeth Carvill one tenement situate in Long St Hanslope and garden at front of house during her lifetime if remains a widow and after decease or at time of marriage I give unto son William Carvell
I give and devise pightle adjoining said tenement to son Richard Carvell at day of my decease and to son Richard my house or tenement at Alderton
to wife Elizabeth 10 shillings a year paid quarterly until her daughter Martha be 18 and to wife goods to furnish one room
to 5 children Joseph, George, Mary, James and Martha £1.1.0 each at age 21
to son John the mills wherein I now live called Bosingham Mill for ever and to John rest and residue
I also charge my exec John with the maintenance of son James Carvell until he shall be able to take care of himself
