being aged and not well

to 2 daughters Mary Fowkes and Anne Church 10 shillings each in 1 yr

rest and residue I give into possession of son William Church upon trust to be employed and distributed as follows

1 give part of profits arising from estate to son Thos Church towards his maintenance for life

I give other part to daughter Elizabeth Church for and during the time she remain single but if marry then that which I have given her yearly shall cease whilst married but if remain single or widow then she shall have equal share of profits, rest and residue that remain in executors possession after death of my son Thos Church and daughter Elizabeth Church then I give to son William Church for ever whom I make executor provided he shall have a child but if he die and depart and leave no issue my will is that after his decease an inventory be taken by 2 honest men elected by son in law Thomas Church of goods and chattels that shall be left in son William's possession and shall be divided amongst grandchildren.
