to wife Elizabeth £50 to be paid in 6 months
to sister Mary Brice £10 at 4 shillings a week
if wife Elizabeth be with child, I give to said child all such shares from estate left by my father Richard Hindes situate in Hartwell & Ashton after above legacies
Rest and residue to be sold and money place at interest by executors and the rent of the house, malthouse and all appurtences that I now live in to be lett and rent applied to maintaining and clothing of such child and when arrive at full age the executors shall pay the full money be it what is left of principal but if child die then I give to brother William Hindes one half and sister Ann Hindes the other. I appoint Joseph Hindes the elder of Hanslope and Joseph Hindes the younger joint trustee
