to son Richard Hinds during life, messuage, tenement malthouse and orchard in Hartwell now in own occupation and after his decease to first son of said Richard Hinds or if default to the 2nd, 3rd of Richard Hinds or to daughter as tenants and if no issue then to remain to my own heirs for ever
My two tenements in Hartwell now in occupation of Joseph Stimpson and Elizabeth Richardson and also lands belonging in my own occupation in open common fields to my three sons John Hinds, Williams Hinds and Richard Hinds for ever, tenants in common
DI do charge the 2 messuages with payment of £100 to daughter Ann Hindes within 12 months
to daughter Mary Brice, wife of William Brice of Hartwell labourer, £20 to be paid 4s a week till paid, the £20 to be left in hands of my trustees and to begin 1 week after my death
to the children of my daughter Mary Brice, £5 each
to 2 grand children Mary Church and Susannah Church of Old Stratford £10 at age 18, put to interest which is to be used as think most fit
to daughter Ann Hinds all household goods
all other stock in trade and estate to 3 sons John William and Richard equally and appoint them
joint executors
and appoint brother Jos Hindes of Hanslope and William Goodridge as joint trustees
