to wife Martha 2 beds, bedsteads hangings and bedding now being in further room of my new brewing house and 3 pairs sheets
to wife ½ of residue of household for life and after to my children David Ann and Richard equally
to wife Martha £60 of which £20 to be paid as soon as convenient after my decease £20 after one year and rest after 2 years provided remain widow, else it to be divided among surviving children
to daughter Mary Richardson, other half of household good and £35 to be paid in 2 years
to son William Richardson £40 to be paid 3 years after decease
to son Abraham £40 - £10 immediately and rest in 3 years
to son Thos £40 - £15 to be paid to put him apprentice to some trade and rest after 3 years
to Reuben Richardson Smith, son of Martha Smith, £40 - after 4 years
to son David and daughter Ann £50 each in instalments that is £7.10.0 yearly until £50 be paid,
rest to John Cole Richardson whom I appoint executor
