to daughter Elizabeth Tite £40, to be paid two years after my decease and also my bedstead and bedding with the furniture thereunto belonging which she now lies in and likewise the furniture of the roome and 5 pewter dishes and one chest of drawers

to loving wife Mary for term of her life all my goods chattels and personal estate and to buy and sell for raising of money and after her decease I bequeath unto my six children John, William, George, Joseph, Benjamin and Susannah Tite equally provided that if my wife Mary shall marry again then my will is this I do bequeath all goods and chattels to my six children immediately after her marriage

I appoint son Anthony Tite and brother in law Richard Hull to be overseers of this my willand make Mary executor
