William BLUNT now or late of Hartwell, Northants, Farmer, Dealer and Chapman, Bankrupt. To surrender the 5th and 6th of November and 7th December next at the White Horse Inn, Towcester. Messrs FOULKES and LONGMILL of Gray's Inn, London, and Mr KIRBY, Attorney at Law in Towcester

The Creditors of William BLUNT now or late of Hartwell in the County of Northampton, Farmer,Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of his estate and effects at the House of William WORTH The White Horse Inn in Towcester in the county of Northampton, on Tuesday the19th of November instant at Three o'clock in the Afternoon, for the Purpose of taking into consideration, and to determine whether Edward BLUNT, the Father of the Bankrupt, shall or shall not be allowed to prove any debt under a Bill of Sale given to him by the said Bankrupt, or whether any Agreement shall be made upon any Proposition of the said Edward BLUNT in respect of the same; and to assent to or dissent from, the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting or defending, any Action at Law or Suit in Equity in respect of the said Bill of Sale, or otherwise; or compounding, referring or submitting to arbitration any Matter or Thing relating to the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects; and on other special Affairs.

The Creditors who have proved their debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William BLUNT now or late of Hartwell in the County of Northampton, Farmer, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignees of the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt at the White Horse Inn in Towcester in the County of Northampton on Tuesday next at Six in the evening to consider and determine whether the said Assignees shall sell or dispose of by public Sale or private Contract their right and interest in the Occupation of a Farm lately occupied by the said Bankrupt; and also to assent to, or dissent from, the said Assignees prosecuting or defending any Action or Suit in Law or Equity touching the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects, or referring to arbitration or otherwise agreeing to any other Matter or Thing relating thereto; and on other special Affairs.

Petitions of Insolvent Debtors to be heard at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey, London, on Friday the 23rd day of April at nine o'clock in the forenoon. TARRY John (sued as John TERRY) formerly of Hartwell, Northamptonshire, and late of Shenley, near Stoney Stratford, Buckinghamshire, Victualler and farmer.

Pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery made in a cause TERRY against CAMPION the Creditors of Ann CAMPION, late of Hartwell in the County of Northampton, Farmer, deceased (who died on or about the 12th day of February 1831) are forthwith to come in and prove their debts before the Right Honourable Robert Lord HENLEY, one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Southampton Buildings, Chancery Lane, London, or in default thereof they will be excluded the benefit of the said Decree.

In the Exchequer - The KING versus KENT
To be sold, pursuant to an order of the Court of the Exchequer with the approbation of Henry William VINCENT Esq. His Majesty's Remembrancer, in the month of June 1835 of which previous notice will be given.
A small freehold estate consisting of five stone and blue slated cottages, adjoining each other; two thatched cottages detached, and about half an acre of garden ground adjoining the said cottages, situate in the Village and Parish of Hartwell in the County of Northampton, producing a yearly rent of £3.18s. The landlord pays the poor's rates and land tax. The premises are subject to a mortgage for £200 and interest. Particulars are preparing and may shortly be had (gratis) at the King's Remembrancer's Chambers, No. 2 Mitre Court Building, Temple, London; of Messrs PEMBERTON, CRAWLEY and GARDENER, Solicitors, Salisbury Square, London; of Messrs HUGHES and BRITTEN, Solicitors, Northampton; of the George Inn, Northampton,; and at the Plough Inn at Hartwell.

To be sold, pursuant to an Order of the Court of the Exchequer, with the approbation of His Majesty's Remembrancer, on Saturday the 20th day of June 1835 at Three o'clock in the afternoon, at the Plough Inn at Hartwell in the County of Northampton.

Orders have been made vesting in the Provisional Assignee the Estates and Effects of the following persons on their own Petitions James HILLYER late of Hartwell near Northampton, Publican and Butcher, In the Gaol of Northampton.

The Court for Relief of Insolvent Debtors

The following Prisoners whose Estates and Effects have been vested in the Provisional Assignee by order of the Court, having filed their Schedules, are ordered to be brought up before a Commissioner of the Circuit, to be dealt with according to the Statute as follows: At the Court House of Northampton in the County of Northampton on the 25th day of July 1842 at Ten o'clock in the Forenoon precisely, James HILLYER late of Hartwell near Northampton, Publican and Butcher.

A dividend of four shillings and three pence halfpenny in the pound to the creditors of James HILLYER of Hartwell near Northampton, Publican and Butcher. No.60 386 C.

Notice is hereby given that the following is a copy of an entry made in the book kept by the Registrar of the Court of Bankruptcy for the Registration of Trust Deeds for the benefit of Creditors, Compositors and Inspectorship. Deeds executed by a debtor as requested by the Bankruptcy Act 1861 secs 182, 192, 194, 196 and 198.

Name and description of the Debtor as in the Deed - Joseph PARTRIDGE of the parish of Hartwell in the County of Northampton, Publican and Wheelwright. The names and descriptions of the Trustees or other parties to the Deed, not including the Creditors - James CRICK of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham, Farmer and Maltster. A short statement of the nature of the Deed - Conveyance of all the estate and effects of the said Joseph PARTRIDGE to the said James CRICK absolutely to be applied and administered for the benefit of the creditors of the said Joseph PARTRIDGE as in bankruptcy.
When left for Registration - 4th May 1863 at half past 1 o'clock afternoon.

Notice is hereby given, that a Meeting of the creditors of Joseph PARTRIDGE of the parish of Hartwell in the County of Northampton, Publican and Wheelwright, who was on the 24th day of April 1863 executed an assignment to James CRICK of Hanslope in the County of Buckingham, Farmer and Maltster, on behalf and with the assent of the creditors of the said Joseph PARTRIDGE in like manner as if he had been at the date thereof duly adjudged bankrupt and which deed was on the 4th day of May 1863 duly registered under the provisions of 'The Bankrupt Act 1861,' will be held at my offices situate No. 20 Market Square, Northampton on Saturday the 8th day of August next at twelve of the clock at noon precisely., when the Assignee will submit a statement of the whole estate of the said Joseph PARTRIDGE . (An agenda was then given.)
