This Indenture made the eighteenth day of February in the sixth year of the Raigne of our Soveraine Lady Anne by the grace of God of Great Brittaine France and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred and seven Between The Most Noble Charles Duke of Grafton Earle of Euston Viscount Ipswich and Baron of Sudbury of the one part, And John Mould of Hartwell in the County of Northampton yeoman of the other part Whereas her late Majesty Catherine Queen Dowager and the Right Honourable Lewie Earle of Feversham and others her Majesties Trustees by their Indenture bearing date on or about the Thirteenth day of November one thousand six hundred ninety and two for the consideration therein mentioned Demise (amongst other things) unto Henry Warren of Lincoln Inn in the County of Middlesex gentleman All those fourteen cottages lying and being upon Hartwell Green within the Honor of Grafton in the County of Northampton then or late in the several occupations of Anne Dunckeley, John Mould, Richard Con, Anne Broughton, Thomas Rawlins, Catherine Malin widow, Anne Sampson widow, Elizabeth Shreive, Edward Shreive, Richard Shreive, Elizabeth Anderton, John Mobbs, Elizabeth Manning, and John Manning To Have and to hold the said fourteen cottages herein before mentioned with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said Henry Warren his executors Administrators and Assigns from the Five and Twentieth day of December last past before the date hereof for and during the full time and Terme of one and twenty years from thence next Ensuing fully to be complete and ended at and under the Yearly Rent of Fourteen shillings.
Witness That the said Charles Duke of Grafton as well for and in consideration of the summe of nine pounds of Lawfull money of Great Brittaine in the name of a Fine unto him before the Ensealing and delivery of these present well and truly in hand paid by the said John Mould As also the yearly Rent and Covenants herein after reserved and agreed to be paid and performed
