Whereas a Commission of Bankrupt is awarded against Sir Richard BLACKHAM Bart. of Paulerspury in the County of Northampton, Merchant, and he being declared a Bankrupt, is hereby required to surrender himself to the major part of the Commissioners on the 25th and 28th instant, and on the 24th of November next, at the Rose and Crown in Whittlebury, in the County of Northampton, at the first of which Sittings the creditors are to come prepared to prove these Debts, pay Contribution Money, and choose Assignees.

To be sold before Henry MONTAGUE Esq., one of the Masters of the High Court of Chancery, pursuant to a Decree of the said Court, Twenty One Acres of Arable Land and Ley Ground, Two Acres and an half of Meadow Ground, and a small Clare of Pasture of about half an Acre, situate, lying and being in the open and Common Fields of Heathencote and Paulerspury in the County of Northampton, now in the Occupation of Robert CHAMPION, at the Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds, late the Estate of William COOPER, deceased. Particulars, whereof, may be had at the said Master's Chambers in Lincoln's Inn.

Whereas it has been humbly represented to the King, that Daniel HUTCHINS, William JONES, Nathaniel JACKSON, Paul CROSS, Edward RATCLIFF, George DIMSEY, James ROBERTS and Thomas THORLEY, who had been committed to His Majesty's Gaol in one for the County of Northampton, for several Riots and Felonies, broke out of the said Gaol on Tuesday the 6th Instant. His Majesty, in order for the apprehending and bringing the said Offenders to Justice, is pleased to promise His most gracious Pardon, to any one of them who shall discover his Accomplice or Accomplices, so that he or they may be apprehended and brought to Justice: and also a Reward of Fifty Pounds for each of the said Offenders, to be paid by the Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury, to any Person or Persons who shall discover, and cause to be apprehended, any one of the said Offenders.
Daniel HUTCHINS of and from Whittlebury in the County of Northampton, Carpenter, aged about thirty-five years, about five foot five inches high, of a dark complexion, and pitted with the Small Pox, had on an old sandy wig, a light double breasted coat with white metal buttons and leather breaches.
William JONES of and from Shitlanger in the County aforesaid, Labourer, aged about twenty eight years, about five foot eight inches high, of a fresh complexion, had on an old brown wig, an old dark brown coat and waistcoat, and old leather breeches.
Nathaniel JACKSON of and from Paulerspury in the County aforesaid, Lawyer aged about twenty five years, about five foot eight inches high, of a sandy pale complexion and thin, had on an old short sandy wig, a lightish close bodiced coat, and a dirty pair of leather breeches.
Paul CROSS of and from Paulerspury aforesaid, Labourer, aged about nineteen years, about five foot four inches high, full faced, of a fresh complexion, light brown hair and inclined to be fat, had on a white drill frock.
Edward RATCLIFF of and from Paulerspury aforesaid, Labourer, aged about twenty eight years, about five foot eight inches high, full face, of a fresh complexion, shows his teeth very much when he talks and is very stout, has dark brown hair, had on a dark close bodied cape coat, a Tuscan waistcoat and breeches.
George DIMSEY (an Irishman) of and from Paulerspury aforesaid, Labourer, aged between thirty and forty years, about five foot four inches high, full faced, col'd dark brown hair, his left eye almost out, and stoops very much, had on an iron grey coat with metal buttons, and an old pair of leather breeches.
James ROBERTS of and from Towcester in the County aforesaid, Labourer, aged between forty and fifty years, about six foot high, of a very dark complexion, lank black hair, looks cross eyed and is very thin, had on a dark brown coat with metal buttons, and an old pair of leather breeches.
Thomas THORLEY of and from Towcester aforesaid, Breeches Maker, aged about forty years, about five feet six inches high, thin face, small grey eyes, pitted with the Small Pox, and very thin, had on an old dark brown wig, a light brown coat, an old white flannel waistcoat and leather breeches.

All Persons indebted to the Estate of the Reverend Mr. Philip ALSTON deceased, late Rector of Paulerspury and Curate of Poplar, are desired to pay the same forthwith to the Administrator Thomas PATTLE of Guildhall. And all persons having any Demand on the said Estate are desired to signify the same to the Administrator, on or before the 31st of this Instant, otherwise they will be excluded, as a final Dividend will then be made of the said Estate.

The Creditors who have proved their debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Joseph JOHNSON and John STATHAM of Twickett's Mills in the County of Northampton, and Thomas JOHNSON of Hyde Street, Bloomsbury in the County of Middlesex, Millers, Dealers and Chapmen, Bankrupts, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupts' Estate and Effects on Monday the 21st Day of December instant at the Baptist Hed Coffee House, Aldermanbury, London at Eleven o'Clock in the Forenoon, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees abandoning and releasing all Interest, Claim and Demand which the said Bankrupts, or either of them have in, and to a certain Messuage, Water Corn Mill, Well, Steam Engine, Machinery and other Appurtenances thereto belonging, situate and being in or near the Town of Northampton, upon such Terms and Conditions as the said Assignees shall think proper; or otherwise to the said Assignees exposing for Sale and selling by Public Auction or Private Contract at such Price or Prices as they shall think proper, the said Bankrupts' Interest therein subject to the Claims and Incumbencies therein; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees detaining and selling or relinquishing a large Quantity of Deals at Blisworth in the County of Northampton, found in the possession of the said Bankrupts, and claimed as belonging to another Person; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees selling and disposing of all or any Part of the said Bankrupts Estate and Effects by Public Auction or Private Contract as the said Assignees think proper; and to their commencing, prosecuting or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity concerning the before mentioned Leasehold Messuage, Water Corn Mill, Steam Engine, Machinery, and Premises; or concerning any other Part of the said Bankrupts' Estate and Effects which they shall think necessary and proper; or to their compounding, submitting to Arbitration or otherwise agreeing and matter or Thing relating thereof; and on other special Affairs.

Pursuant to an Order made by the Right Honourable Lord ELDEN, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain for enlarging the time for Joseph JOHNSON and John STATHAM of Twickett's Mills in the County of Northampton and Thomas JOHNSON of Hyde Street, Bloomsbury in the County of Middlesex, Millers, Dealers, Chapmen, and Copartners, Bankrupts, to surrender themselves and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of their Estate and Effects for Forty Nine Days to be completed from the 19th instant. This is to give Notice that the Commissioners in the said Commission named and otherwise, or the major part of them, intend to meet on the 6th Day of February next at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon at Guildhall, London, when and where the said Bankrupts are required to surrender themselves between the Hours of Eleven and One of the Clock of the same Day, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of their Estate and Effects, and finish their Examination, and the Creditors who have not already proved their Debts may then and there come and prove the same, and assent to or dissent from the Allowance of their Certificate.

The Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued against Joseph JOHNSON and John STATHAM of Twickett's Mills in the County of Northampton and Thomas JOHNSON of Hyde Street, Bloomsbury in the County of Middlesex, Millers, Dealers, Chapmen and Copartners, are requested to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupts' Estate and Effects on the 28th of January instant at the Office of Messrs. SWAINE, STEVENS and MAPLES in the Old Jewry, London to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees consenting, if they shall think proper so to do, to any of the Creditors of the said Bankrupts; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees themselves, or either of them, granting Time or compounding for the Payment of the Amount of all and every Bill of Exchange, Promissory Note, or other collateral Securities, which the said Assignees or Creditors hold for the Debts due to them from the said Bankrupts; and that the said Assignees and Creditors may release and discharge all or any of the Parties to such Bills of Exchange, Promissory Notes or other collateral Securities, and make such Arrangements in respect thereof as the said Assignees shall think proper without Prejudice to the Right, Claim and Demand of the said Assignees and Creditors upon the Estate of the said Bankrupts; and also to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees employing the said Bankrupts or any other Person or Persons they may think proper, to assist in the Management to conduct the said Bankrupts' Affairs: and to their making the said Bankrupts' or any other Person or Persons to be employed, such Allowance in respect thereof as the said Assignees shall think reasonable; and on other special Affairs.
