(1) Thomas Herne of St. Martin in the Fields coach joiner & William Herne of the same his son and heir to (2) Christopher Rookes of Potterspury yeoman for 30 shillings of a cottage with the workhouse & yard belonging abutting east on the churchyard & north on a Water Mill (in Potterspury). 16 Oct. 1712
