The Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Francis EDGE, late of Potters Pury, in the County of Northampton ( but now a Prisoner in the County Gaol of Northampton), Merchant, Dealer and Chapman, are desired to meet the Assignee of his Estate or Effects on the 7th of February instant at Eleven in the Forenoon at the Dolphin Inn in Towcester in the said County to consider and fix upon the best mode of dispersing of the said Bankrupt's Effects for the benefit of the Creditors, and other particular Business.

To be sold in lots to the best bidders before Abel MOYSEY, Esq., the Deputy Remembrancer of His Majesty's Court of Exchequer, in the beginning of April next, pursuant to an Order of the said Court made in a Cause depending therein, intitled The KING against COLLINRIDGE, at a place or places hereafter to be advertised, all the Freehold Estates late the Property of John COLLINRIDGE Esq., deceased, situate at Potterspury, Yardley Gobion and Syresham in the County of Northampton, consisting of-Six Messuages at Potterspury in the Occupation of William TOOMBS and others Three Messuages at Yardley Gobion in the Occupation of Edward FROST and others A Messuage and Farm at Syresham in the Occupation of Richard ADAMS and others And a Mansion House and Lands at Adderbury in the County of Oxford, called the late Sir George CUBB's with their respective Appurtenances Particulars may shortly be had at the Office of the said Deputy Remembrancer in the Exchequer Office, Temple, London, and of Messrs KNIGHT and JONES, Solicitors, Hare Court, Temple.

Pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery made in a Cause wherein John PITTAM and Elizabeth his Wife are Plaintiffs and John ROPER and others are defendants, the Creditors of Thomas WOOD, late of Moor End in the Parish of Potterspury in the County of Northampton, Farmer ( who died in the month of August 1809 ) are forthwith to come in and prove their debts before Henry MARTIN Esq., one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Southampton Buildings, Chancery Lane, London, or in default thereof they will be excluded the benefit of the said Decree.

Benjamin SLATER of Potterspury near Stony Stratford, Northamptonshire, Journeyman Miller, my Wife Sarah SLATER at the same place and time, carrying on the business of Straw Bonnet Maker, and previously of Old Stratford, Northamptonshire, Journeyman Miller, Baker and Grocer and Shopkeeper, my wife at the same time and place carrying on the business of a Straw Bonnet Maker, an insolvent debtor. Petition filed in the County Court of Northamptonshire at Towcester. To appear there on the 15th March instant for his final examination. Mr John PARROTT, Clerk of the Court, Official Assignee.

William MASON of Pottersbury, Northants, Beer Retailer, on the 12th March 1860 assigned his estate and effects to PICKERING PHIPPS, Brewers, and Richard PHIPPS of the Town of Northampton, and others his creditors in trust for the benefit of his creditors. The assignment was attested by George RANDS of No. 43, Newland, Northampton, Solicitor.

The following Persons, whom in their several Petitions filed in the Court, have obtained Interim Orders
for protection from process, are required to appear in Court, as hereinafter mentioned, at the Court House In Portugal Street, Lincoln's Inn, as follows, to be examined and dealt with according to the Statute. Pursuant to an order of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Victoria chap 35 intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees". Notice is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon the estate of Edmund KIRBY late of Yardley Gobion in the parish of Potterspury in the county of Northampton, Gentleman, who died on the 24th day of January 1864 and whose will was proved in the District Registry at Northampton of Her Majesty's Court of Probate on the 26th day of April 1864, are hereby required to send the particulars of such claims and demands to John Clarke ROPER of Grafton Regis in the said county of Northampton, Gentleman, or John Malsbury KIRBY of the town and county of Northampton, Grocer (the acting executors of the deceased) at the office of John Malsbury COOKE of Towcester in the said County of Northampton, Gentleman, on or before the 23rd day of January next, at the expiration of which time the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executors shall then have had notice; and the said executors will not be liable for such assets, or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose debtor claim they shall not have had notice at the time of such distributions.
