Warwicke: writ of habeas corpora juratorum commanding the sheriff that he should have John Welch of Blakesley (Blaxley), William ?Choacke of the same, John Hoare of Green's Norton, William Howes of the same, William ?Wykins of Duncote, John Nelson of the same, Richard Robins of Staverton, William Adams of Welton, John Heycroke of Hellidon, Henry Hickman of Newnham, Robert Clarke of Braunston, Thomas Makepeace of the same, William Clifton of Heathencote, John Brown of Paulerspury, William ?Savener (?for Scrivener) of Potterspury, Leonard Benton of the same, Richard Brown of Yardley Gobion, William Browne of the same, Robert Cleaver of Boddington, Henry Hemings of the same, Thomas Heycocke of Sulgrave, Richard Waller of the same, Francis Dodford of Greatworth and Richard Henton of the same, before the King's Justices at Westminster on St. Michael's Day in three weeks ("in tres septimanas") or before the King's Justices of Assize ("ad Assiza") in Northants.on Monday 13 Aug. at Northampton in connection with a case between Richard Pettifer senior, querent, and William Warwicke, late of Blakesley, yeoman, re a plea of trespass ("transgressionis super casum").; Witness: F: North at Westminster.; 4 July 1677.
