Joshua Bason 1842

This is the last Will and Testament of me Joshua Bason of the parish of Potters Pury in the county of Northampton Bachelor, at my death I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Roberts now living in the parish of Potters Pury but belonging to the parish of Whitfield in the county of Northampton the whole of my house garden and premises situated and being in the parish of Potters Pury aforesaid for her use and benefit during the term of her natural life.
And at the death of Elizabeth Roberts I give and bequeath to John Bason my cousin now living in Blackwell End in the parish of Potters Pury for his own use and benefit the whole of my house garden and aforesaid premises to dispose of them as he please
And I further appoint Robert Webb of Potters Pury Northamptonshire as my executor

On the 28th. day of March 1842 Robert Webb of Potterspury in the county of Northamptonshire Butcher the executor named in the within written Will of Joshua Bason late of Potterspury aforesaid Stone Mason deceased was then sworn well and faithfully to perform and fulfill the same and that the deceased at the time of his death (which happened on the 11th. day of October 1841) was not possessed of goods chattels and credits of the value of twenty pounds
