Margaret Bland 1797

This is the last Will and Testament of Margaret Bland of Potterspury in the county of Northampton widow I give and devise to my niece Martha wife of Thomas Scrivener of Potterspury aforesaid Baker All that my messuage or tenement wherein I now dwell with the bakehouse orchard and all other the premises thereunto belonging situate and being in Potterspury aforesaid together with all other real estate whatsoever To hold the same to the said Martha Scrivener her heirs and assigns forever I give to my nephew Robert Campion son of Richard Campion twenty pounds I give to Thomas Kingston son of the late William Kingston ten pounds All the rest and residue of my personal estate of whatever sort or kind soever I give and bequeath to my said niece Martha Scrivener whom I make sole executrix of this my last Will In Witness whereof I the said Margaret Bland have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety three
