William Holman 1729
In the name of God Amen I William Holman of Potterspury in the county of Northampton malster do declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my two children all my estate, goods and chattels whatsoever (Over and above what the law allows my widow) and my will is that so long as my wife continues a widow to me she should have the interest and produce of the said estate goods, and chattels the better to enable her to breed up my said children, and from and immediately after my said wife's decease or her marriage with any other person whatsoever I desire the same may be divided between my two children share and share alike or in case either dies before that the whole should go to the survivor of them, But in case my children should die without any issue them my will is and I do hereby give devise and bequeath from and immediately after my wife's decease. All my said freehold estate to my brother and sisters children to be equally divide amongst them share and share alike And I do hereby make my brother Thomas Holman, George Wills, and Richard Brown Trustees and Guardians to my children, And I do appoint my wife executrix of this my last Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fifteenth day of July in the third year of King George the Second 1729
Signed sealed and declared to be and contain the last Will and Testament of William Holman the testator and we as witness thereto at his request and in his presence have set our names
