Will of Richard Popkins [sic Hopkins] of Potterspury, 1643

Memorandum That Richard Popkins of Potterspury in the County of Northampton Baker beinge sick of Body but in perfect memory at or about the eight and twenteth day of July in the yeare of our Lord god 1643 did dispose of his estate by his will nuncapative in manner and forme followinge vizt he gave all his goodes whatsoever he had to Edward Addington and Ann Addington the Children of Richard Addington In the presence of Elizabeth Batty Alice Addington and Isabell Batty.

Probate Notes:
Sir
I pray you grant Administration of the goodes of Richard Popkins accordinge to the Termes of the will to the bearer Richard Addington [one] the behalf of the Children
I doe hereby grant administration of ye goods of Richard Hopkins deceased unto Richard Addington in ye behalf of his executors.
